How To Add Call To Action Button To Facebook Page 
»» Go to your Page’s cover photo and click Create Call-to-Action. 
»» Choose your call to action and enter the destination URL that you want to link to.  
»» Select "Website" option for iOS and Android if you don't have apps for those platforms. 
»» Then Click Create. 
And once you've created the Action buttons,you can track it,to know the performance of the button you've selected and track the clicks on the button. 

How To Track How Many People Clicked Facebook Call To Action Button
 »» Go to This week on the right hand side of your Page and then look under Call-To-Action clicks to see how many people have clicked your call to action for that week.
